Our online archive includes many early issues that had to be scanned from the original paper copies for inclusion here as PDF's. The software that makes the conversion back into searchable text is very sure of itself and insists on installing some errors in the electronic versions we make available. Our apologies for these "incorrections" that manifest mostly as typographical errors that are not in the originals.
The best way to find specific material from our archive is to scroll through the alphabetical index that has been maintained as a separate PDF since the magazine started: Alphabetical Subject Index. Treat it as an index in a reference book or a library card catalogue; when you find the subject or individual you are looking for, note the issue and page number and return to this archive and scroll to the issues you want to read or download them. Lamentably, we do not have hotlinks between the alphabetical PDF index and the actual archive.
